I got a bracelet as a present, and want to add more charms. Will all brands
fit together?
Yes. We sell 9mm charms which are the medium - or most popular size charm. All
brands of 9mm charms will fit together such as Zoppini, Casa, etc...

Will my bracelet or charms ever tarnish?
No - but they can look dull and worn if you don't take care of them - which is not hard at
all to do. We recommend taking them off when bathing, showering or swimming or any
other activity that will keep them under water for prolonged periods. That is especially
true with photo charms and beware not to rub lotions or purfumes on enamels and laser
charms. Treat them kindly as if you would a fine watch and you should have no
problems.

How long does it take for a custom charm order?
We try to have the custom photo charms in the mail within 10 days of your order. Often
times its less, occasionally it's a little more. But normally around 10 days. Lasers
sometimes take up to 2 weeks to get them in the mail. All other items in stock will ship
out within 24 hours or if ordered with custom charms, at the same time. Any item out
of stock that may take longer, we will notify you via phone or e-mail for your approval.

Can I place an order and have you ship it to another address as a gift?
Absoulutely! Just give us that information in an e-mail if your placing an online order or
at the time you call.

I don't have a paypal account. Is there another way of making payments?
Yes. You may use an ATM Debit Card or pay by check. As long as your card displays the
VISA or M/C Logo you may pay for your purchases with an ATM Debit Card. Please be
aware that if you wish to pay for your purchases by Credit Card, you must do so through
this website. You may also place an order via phone (916.826.5584) or email
(charmsamore@sbcglobal.net) and pay with a check instead.
